​Core Operating Area
Regional transportation coverage across Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, Newaygo, Allegan and Ionia counties.
Extended Route Access
Local, regional and cross-state trips are available by request. Extended routes require availability checks and manual confirmation.
​Ambulatory Role
Ambulatory passengers must be able to transfer into a standard SUV seat. Riders remaining in their wheelchair should request wheelchair-assisted WAV transportation.
​Equipment Status
Our multi-class fleet includes modern SUVs and specialized Wheelchair Accessible Vans (WAV). Dispatch reviews boarding requirements, vehicle availability and securement needs before confirming a trip.
