Medical Transportation Services
We provide non-emergency ambulatory and wheelchair-assisted transportation across West Michigan. Our fleet includes modern SUVs for passengers who can transfer into a standard seat and specialized Wheelchair Accessible Vans (WAV) for passengers traveling in their wheelchair. Trips require availability checks and manual confirmation.
Ambulatory Transport — Modern SUVs
Wheelchair-Assisted Transport — Specialized WAV Units
Local, Regional & Cross-State Trips — By Request

Ambulatory passengers must be able to transfer into a standard SUV seat. Passengers who remain in their wheelchair should select Wheelchair-Assisted transport so dispatch can arrange a WAV with the required boarding and securement equipment.
Vehicle Guidelines
Tell us your mobility, boarding and route requirements when requesting a trip. We review vehicle availability and passenger needs before confirming arrangements. Regional coverage includes Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, Newaygo, Allegan and Ionia counties; extended and cross-state routes require manual confirmation.
